"Nossa Casa" é uma escultura de látex que apresenta a forma aberta de uma casa ou uma fabulação de casa em moldes simplificados. O trabalho reflete sobre os níveis de veracidade dessa instituição tão estabelecida, assim como suas demarcações em nossos corpos. Vix Palhano pensa no corpo como uma casa e a casa como um corpo. Na obra, o material e a forma estabelecem um diálogo com as relações de lar, casa e família entre pessoas queer, investigando necessidades de vínculo, manutenção e (re)significação dessas estruturas.

["Our House" is a sculpture in latex that displays the open shape of a ‘house’ or the fabulation of one in simplified terms. The work reflects on the truth levels of this well-established institution, as well as the boundaries it installs in our bodies. I think of the body as a house and the house as a body. In the work, material and form create a dialogue with the relations of home, house and family among queer people, investigating the need for bonding, maintenance and (re)signifying such structures.]
