A pintura imagina a figura da vereadora Marielle Franco sobre uma suntuosa cadeira de vime, tradicionalmente usada pelo Partido dos Panteras Negras, fazendo uma alusão a luta anti-racista. A frase que encabeça a composição está originalmente estampada no estádio nacional do Chile, palco das mais perversas torturas durante o regime ditatorial de Pinochet. Figurando no peito de Marielle, situa-se a favela da maré – berço da vereadora – sitiada por um helicóptero da policia militar do Rio de Janeiro. Os chamados “profissionais da violência”, incentivados pelo atual governador que, na pintura, se encontra na estaca empunhada por Marielle. O titulo da obra faz menção ao último grito de Tupac Amaru, guerreiro indígena da região do Peru Voltarei e Serei Milhões.


The painting imagines the figure of Council Marielle Franco on a sumptuous wicker chair traditionally used by the Black Panther Party, alluding to the anti-racism resistance. The phrase that heads the composition is originally stamped at the Chilean National Stadium, the scene of the most perverse tortures during Pinochet’s dictatorial regime. Figuring in the chest of Marielle, is favela da Maré - cradle of the council Marielle - surrounded by a helicopter of the military police of Rio de Janeiro. The so-called “professionals of violence” encouraged by the current governor, in the stake held by Marielle in the painting. The title of the work mentions the last words of Tupac Amaru, indigenous warrior of the Peruvian region.
