[Painting the scene of the diptych "Home Memories" is like the intimate gesture of opening a diary. The painting transmits the true story of a family cycle that inscribes itself in time – between what has been lost and what’s been preserved. The work permeates the panoramic and the different proportions of the represented figures, to speak about memories, those that survive or not, their fragments persisting between movements and borders, trying to bring back the forgotten narratives of a family in diaspora.]
