Em sua produção de esferas escultóricas, Sallisa Rosa produz escarificações no corpo cerâmico, elaborando um processo artístico que lida com as cicatrizes. Elas fazem parte do processo de expurgar e escorrer o veneno feito pelos caminhos da praga larva minadora, eliminando-os para um percurso de cura. A artista conceitua, a partir de seus versos, a poética de seu caminho de produção desta obra:

"Espinhos, peçonha, toxicidade, dose e tratamento.
Escarificações e cicatrizes são símbolos de expurgação,
Caminhos que foram traçados por antídotos.
Serve para lembrar que veneno também é cura."


[In the production of sculptural spheres, Sallisa Rosa creates scarifications on the ceramic body, developing an artistic process that deals with scars. They are part of the process of expelling and draining the poison caused by the paths of the mining larvae plague, eliminating them for a healing journey.
