Na série "Embutidas", Agrade Camíz assume o estudo da forma e explora como ela se configura na experiência de mulheres reais e corpos reais, em um mundo complexo e cheio de contradições. A dor e o prazer, o abuso e a conquista, o conservadorismo e a transformação, o belo e o feio - tudo acontece no corpo, é traduzido por ele e nele ganha forma. Agrade pinta em camadas, mistura técnicas e materiais, funde a abstração e as iconologias suburbanas. O corpo da mulher real é composto por linhas infinitas. A beleza se coloca como desejo - uma vontade cintilante em meio a roteiros repetitivos. Uma dança de corpos e rituais que não encontram ponto final.

A mulher contemporânea que vive o patriarcado colonialista típico da América Latina conhece o seu fundamento manchado de abusos - as ameaças diárias em espaços públicos, muitas vezes, a falta de segurança nos regimes privados domésticos, a vigilância - a busca pela sua verdade, mesmo que em estruturas limitadoras, é constante. Existe uma tensão expressa, não resolvida. Assim tensionam-se formas, tramas, linhas e tempos. Agrade une aquilo que não se uniria se não fosse no corpo, se não fossem as mulheres. No paradigma feminino: reflexão, esperança, revolta e inovação.

[In the series "Embutidas", Agrade Camíz takes on the study of form and explores how it is configured in the experience of real women and real bodies, in a complex world full of contradictions. Pain and pleasure, abuse and conquest, conservatism and transformation, the beautiful and the ugly – everything happens in the body, is translated by it and takes shape in it. Agrade paints in layers, mixing techniques and materials, fusing abstraction and suburban iconologies. The real woman's body is composed of infinite lines. Beauty is placed as desire – a sparkling will amidst repetitive scripts. A dance of bodies and rituals that have no end.

The contemporary woman who lives the colonialist patriarchy typical of Latin America knows her foundation stained with abuses – the daily threats in public spaces, many times, the lack of security in the private domestic regimes, the surveillance – the search for her truth, even if in limiting structures, it is constant. There is an expressed, unresolved tension. Thus, shapes, plots, lines and times are tensioned. Agrade unite what would not unite if it weren't for the body, if it weren't for women. In the female paradigm: reflection, hope, revolt and innovation.]
