“Horizontes e vagalumes” apresenta um espaço pictórico em camadas. No plano de fundo se vê uma distante paisagem e uma cadeia de montanhas que inaugura a esfera frontal da pintura, são as águas dos navegantes. Atravessando os demais elementos da obra, surgem bandeiras reunidas uma dentro da outra, como o pavilhão de origem andina dos Wiphala, que abriga dentro de si as cores antifascistas e o losango verde da bandeira do Brasil. Tais formas e tons aproximam horizontes congruentes e conferem movimento a imagem dos ciclos naturais em paralelo com os ciclos dos povos de luta.

“Horizontes e vagalumes” presents a layered pictorial space. In the background it is possible to see a distant landscape and a mountain range that inaugurates the front sphere of the painting, they are the waters of the navigators. Crossing the other elements of the work, flags appear inside each other, such as the Wiphala flag of Andean origin, which houses within itself the anti-fascist colors and the green diamond of the Brazilian flag. Such shapes and tones bring together congruent horizons and give movement to the image of natural cycles in parallel with the cycles of peoples of struggle.
