“For these textile compositions, we thought of the word education as something that is always remaking itself and happening. By mixing our authorial research, we bring the adinkra symbol of knowledge, permanent learning and the search for knowledge. A knowledge that is permeated by time, transmuted and never ends. Those who don't know can become knowledgeable by learning and re-educating themselves. So we see the word education as an impermanent and continuous state of investigation and relationship.”
