A escultura têxtil “Do Planeta Úmido” é feita de tecidos sintéticos e de terra. É a primeira obra que a artista faz a união do sintético com o natural, tocando em áreas sensíveis do mundo contemporâneo, onde o falso torna-se verdadeiro e o natural é apenas uma forma de existência ou um objeto de desejo. A obra possui cores fortes, texturas e brilhos atraentes, com enfeites, como pérolas e bordados. Essa busca pela atração potencializa-se quando notamos pequenas gotas transparentes escorrendo por seu corpo, no local onde a terra aloja-se dentro de um tecido endurecido por verniz. Um erotismo é revelado, uma punção de desejo. O título Do Planeta Úmido estimula a imaginação, na tentativa de desvendar a ficção narrativa contida nas palavras em relação à obra.

The textile sculpture "Do Planeta Úmido" is made of synthetic fabrics and earth. It is the artist's first work to unite the synthetic with the natural, touching on sensitive areas of the contemporary world, where the fake becomes real and the natural is just a form of existence or an object of desire. The work features strong colours, attractive textures and sparkles, with embellishments such as pearls and embroidery. This search for attraction is potentiated when we notice small transparent drops running down her body, where the earth is lodged inside a fabric hardened by varnish. An eroticism is revealed, a puncture of desire. The title Do Planeta Úmido stimulates the imagination in an attempt to unravel the narrative fiction contained in the words in relation to the work.
