A artista constrói um universo onde a relação entre corpos humanos e de animais é o seu maior fundamento. O título alude a notícias sobre achados de fósseis de animais de milhões de anos, como o do primeiro animal predador conhecido (Auroralumina attenboroughii) e o primeiro animal a possuir músculos (Haootia quadriformis). Tais animais são instigadores tanto pelas suas características e histórias, quanto pelas imagens de simulação geradas nos estudos científicos sobre eles. A figura que se revela na pintura, entretanto, possui suas próprias características, como o corpo ramificado em três partes/braços/tentáculos com cabeças em suas extremidades.
[The artist constructs a universe in which the relationship between human and animal bodies is its central foundation. The title alludes to news about the discovery of fossils of animals millions of years old, such as the first known predatory animal (Auroralumina attenboroughii) and the earliest animal known to possess muscles (Haootia quadriformis). These beings are compelling both for their characteristics and histories, as well as for the simulated images generated in scientific studies about them. The figure that emerges in the painting, however, bears its own distinct features: a body branching into three parts—arms or tentacles—each ending in a head.]
